How do I reserve an activity online?

It’s very easy. Simply find the activity you are wanting to reserve, select the available date and time you would like on the calendar, then click on the “Add Item” button. When you ready go to My Cart. From there, fill out your contact info and payment details. Upon receipt of payment/confirmation of the reservation we will send you a tour voucher and you are good to go!

Do I need to reserve my activity in advance?

Yes, by reserving in advance you are guaranteed availability. If you wait and just show up to a location without reserving it we cannot guarantee you will be able to participate in the activity at that time. Our activities fill up far in advance, we highly recommend you making your reservation in advance to ensure availability.


After I reserve online what happens then?

After you have completed your reservation, we will send you a confirmation email and voucher with the activity details (name, price, amount paid, date, time and meeting location). You will want to present the tour voucher at the time of check-in.

I don’t have a printer to print the voucher, what do I do?

No problem, if you have a smartphone you can show the voucher we email to you. Your name will be with the check-in attendant if you reserved in advance.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely! Our reservation platform uses an encrypted code so every transaction is 100% secure!

 

What if I want to reserve last minute?

We recommend to book if possible with more than 10 days in advanced, for boat rentals 30 days in advanced is recommended.  

Can I reserve an activity via the phone?

Yes, we are happy to answer any questions and take your reservation over the phone during normal business hours (9:30am - 10:30pm). (Spain) Our # is +34 654082728. If you call after business hours, please leave a message and one of our team members will contact you back to complete the reservation.

What if I want to change the date or time of my activity?

It very easy, simply notify us before the cancellation period, as long as there is availability we can make the change.


How do I know where the meeting location is?

On each activities page we have the meeting location displayed . In addition, after you reserve your activity we will email you a tour voucher that will include the meeting location and departure time. Please do not show up to a location without first reserving the activity. We cannot guarantee availability without a reservation.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

If the activity has to be cancelled because of weather or other provider related issues you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Each activity has its unique cancellation policy listed depending on the type of activity. If there is no cancellation policy shown on the activity, a 48 hour cancellation notice is in effect to receive a full refund. Please note, some of our activities have different policies, but each policy is stated in the overview of every activity for you to view.
