Pricing (May–September, 4-hour charter)

€2,200 for up to 15 guests. Each additional guest up to 35: +€60 per person (e.g. 20 guests ≈ €2,500; 35 guests ≈ €3,400). For groups of 36–40 guests or full-day hire, contact us for a tailored quote.

Corporate & celebration packages

Half-day and full-day formats available. Optional catering, extended open bar, DJ and onboard decoration can be arranged — ideal for team incentives, client entertainment, weddings and large private parties.

Route & weather

The captain selects north or south along the west coast based on sea conditions. Stops may vary slightly for safety — comfort and enjoyment always come first.

What to bring

Swimwear, towel, sunglasses and sunscreen. Arrive at San Antonio harbour in good time for boarding.

How many guests can Lady Virginia take on a private charter?

The vessel accommodates up to 40 guests. Standard advertised tier pricing covers groups up to 35 on the 4-hour charter; contact us for quotes above 35 or for full-day hire.

Is this the same as the shared Lady Virginia day trip?

No. This product is an exclusive private charter — your group has the boat to yourselves. We also offer a separate shared excursion (day or sunset) with per-person pricing.

Are drinks and food included?

Yes on the standard package — open bar (beer, wine, sangría, water & soft drinks) plus Spanish tapas snacks and fresh fruit. Extended bar or catering can be added on request.

Can we use this for a corporate event?

Absolutely. Lady Virginia is popular for team incentives, client entertainment and product presentations. Half-day or full-day departures, branding options and flexible onboard setup are available.

What water activities are included?

Stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkelling masks & equipment are on board for your group to use during swim stops.

Can we bring our own music or hire a DJ?

You can connect your phone to the onboard sound system. A professional DJ can also be arranged — ask when booking.

Where does the charter depart from?

San Antonio Port (Sant Antoni de Portmany). Exact embarkation point and check-in time are confirmed on your voucher after booking.
